A major focus has been to create communities of affordable houses that are positive, beautiful and a joy to come home to…

Homes that can grow to suit your family and budget are another serious area of our work these days…

Our homes have an integrated roof, gutter and downpipe system so if you place a layer of standard containers under the earthcube module layer, you have a very economical basement / garage etc…

Challenging sites are the perfect opportunity for Earthcube Homes to save the day, and the budget. The inherent qualities of our cubular matrix create a cross brace unlike no other.

One of the strongest advantages with our system is the ability to stack without extra engineering cost. Apartments, units and even Earthquake, Hurricane and Tsunami Resistant Structures are much more effective with Earthcube.

In Addition to Stacking, our homes can Span, Cantilever and be Built in Phases. All of these are cost controlling advantages of an Earthcube Home. The super strong modular nature of these homes allows you to grow your dreams in any direction.

Earthquake and Hurricane Resistant are not too difficult with our System, But what about a Tsunami? – This design works something like a snowshoe, only on sand. A lightweight structure that is strongly interlocked and spreads its weight while not presenting a solid wall, but allowing some flow through.

Creating Designer Apartments at the best Quality to Price Ratio is another advantage of our system. And our experience in Yacht Interiors has helped us optimise layouts and create a sense of spaciousness.

We’re often asked: “How easy it is to move an Earthcube?” here is one of our recent projects on moving day.  It really is very simple, no special permits, pilot vehicles or expensive logistics. Because the homes break down into standard modules that can legally drive on any road, your home delivery is just a phone call away.

Building in phases is a great way to grow your home around your family and budget. The Wing layout is particularly easy to work with.

This next video uses 3D to show how you can start out small and keep adding to our modular homes to your heart’s content.  This is a great advantage as you can start with a one bedroom studio home for as little as $60,000…

We work with a wide range of design languages, in this case a mellow, aged feel was desired…  a classic homestead which seemed to belong to its hilltop location and create a timeless presence…

While many Earthcube homes show no sign of containers others expose the  steel sides as a design feature and there are advantages in this…

This sports facility for the Western Bay of Plenty has been designed to be as vandal proof as possible…

Here is the 3D tour of our very first Earthcube…  We spent three months developing the concept before building commenced, and although our techniques, materials and concepts have advanced a great deal, this is still one of our favourite homes.  3D was absolutely critical for solving spatial perception and engineering issues…

The strength of an Earthcube makes it possible for your home to grow in any direction at all. 3D is an important part of our design process as it helps clients understand the concept and take part in the creation process. Many people find it impossible to understand plans but 3D models and animations remove confusion, get better results and solve problems before they happen.

And here is a seven bedroom, six bathroom, four lounge room home of three stories made with 21 cubes…
